We are glad to hear you had a great experience! Plus all this nonsense about showing up early for paperwork is a waste of your time since they are always running behind.Booking the appointment also requires basically clearance from homeland security.Many of the doctors have "coordinators," good luck getting them to return a phone call or do any follow up.Its really a shame because the doctor's are excellent but the support staff is seriously lacking in any customer service. Joseph Burns and the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable understanding and a pleasure to work with. I have known them to skip lunch to accommodate others and as it is also a training facility the good doctors also perform surgeries for which, if you didn't realize, they wake up at 3 am in order to be there for you.
