Missed a bunch of dry skin and dirt... which is the main reason I get a pedicure.
Sped through the process. Would not recommend to anyone.
Then she proceeded to cut me on not one but TWO of my toes when she used the cuticle trimmer (she literally pulled part of my cuticle off which led to me yelling "OUCH") and then my toe started bleeding. ??? I have ALWAYS had wonderful service and I recommend them to everyone. I called to make an appointment and when i requested nick i was told he was no longer there and basically yelled at when i asked if they happen to know where to find him. A quick cuticle clean, buff and polish so your little princess can feel like a big girl, too. I got a super shampoo and haircut for a very reasonable price! There's plenty of other disappointed reviews on yelp for Royal Nails and Spa. People are friendly, but just not good at the job.
Would not recommend to anyone. Ask the Yelp community! I prefer Brooke to do my pedicures however Steph did my French shellac last time and it looks amazing.Give them a try!

We had been here a few years before & wanted to continue to support this small family run business... however this time i asked for the Premium pedicure because it says that you get two different masks & I assumed by this that there may be a little extra pampering going on.. boy was I wrong.. first off we were not offered anything to drink & while we did get a few different mask slapped onto our legs soon as mask was on my leg our manicurist walked off to the back room to eat with the door open so we could sit and watch ... Once the last mask was washed off I was shocked to realize that we were not getting massages like I usually receive at other nail spa's so I asked my manicurist if she was going to massage my feet and legs while the Polish was drying & She said no that was done with the mask. Great conversationalist as well! Salon is clean, staff is friendly and professional.
