I can scroll in other workbooks. I am extremely annoyed, please help. I have just purchased a new mouse which, in addition to the standard scroll wheel, has a secondary wheel for horizontal scrolling.
I read somewhere that you should hold shift in and start scrolling and from there it seems to be working.
You would still need to turn on/off the Scroll Lock from your keyboard.
